1. When will you deliver my LandmarkShops.com order?
Your order will be delivered on the Next Business Day if it was placed before 3:30 PM between Saturday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday or after 3:30 PM will be delivered in 2-3 Business Days. For Home Centre furniture, delivery will be as per the date and time-slot you selected when you placed your order.
2. I’ve placed an order on LandmarkShops.com. What is the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, follow these easy steps:
  1. Sign in to My Account on any of our brand sites or apps.
  2. Go to the My Account section.
  3. Go to the Orders section.
  4. Click on View Details next to the order you wish to check the status.
The status will be displayed at the top of the order details section.
3. Will you accept returns on my products?
Sure. We’ll take back any products you’ve ordered by 23rd November 2016, as long as they are unused or defective. Just make sure that you send it back to us within 30 days of delivery.
4. What happens to the Shukrans I’ve earned on my LandmarkShops.com orders?
The Shukrans you’ve earned on your LandmarkShops.com orders will continue to be valid. You can spend them on our new brand sites and apps or at any Landmark store.
